2. Eligibility

You may only use Slot-u-like if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.

If you use Slot-u-like on behalf of a business, organisation, or other person, you confirm that you have authority to bind them to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Free and Premium Services

3.1 Free service

We may offer a free version of Slot-u-like with core scheduling and booking features.

3.2 Premium service

We may also offer optional paid features, subscriptions, upgrades, or premium functionality, including enhanced controls, branding, integrations, analytics, or other features.

3.3 Changes to features and pricing

We may add, remove, amend, limit, or replace features at any time. We may also introduce, amend, or withdraw charges for premium services. Any pricing and payment terms for premium features will be shown clearly before purchase.

3.4 No refund obligation unless stated

• setting suitable time slots;
• reviewing bookings made by guests;
• managing any follow-up, amendments, cancellations, or communications relating to your meeting.

Hosts are responsible for deciding whether guest booking details are shown by name or displayed more anonymously, such as "Booked".

6. Guest Responsibilities

If you book a slot as a guest, you are responsible for:

• selecting a suitable slot;
• entering accurate information;
• ensuring you are available for the slot selected;
• not making duplicate, misleading, or nuisance bookings.

A booking should only be made where there is a genuine intention to attend or participate.

7. Booking Rules

All slots are offered on a first come, first served basis.

A slot is only considered booked once the booking has been successfully submitted and confirmed by the platform or host process in place at that time.

We do not guarantee that a slot displayed as available will remain available until the booking process is completed.

Hosts may amend, close, or cancel meetings or available slots at any time.

Guests may be able to notify a host that no suitable slots are available, but we do not guarantee any response or alternative arrangement.

8. Acceptable Use

You must use Slot-u-like lawfully, fairly, and respectfully.

You must not:

• use the service for spam or unsolicited communications;
• create fake, misleading, or abusive bookings;
• harass, threaten, abuse, or intimidate any user;
• upload or submit unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or infringing content;
• interfere with, disrupt, probe, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its systems;
• use bots, scripts, or automated tools without our written permission;
• use the platform in a way that could damage, disable, overload, or impair the service;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or authority;
• use Slot-u-like for any fraudulent, illegal, or harmful purpose.

We may investigate suspected misuse and take any action we consider appropriate, including suspension, deletion, reporting, or legal action.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15. Indemnity
